- "Bharat Yuva Ratna" design award (Aditya Birla Group) by students of Architecture in 2007
- Second Position in Interior Design Competition in Techfest of IIT Roorkee in 2007
- Out of 60 finalists selected from all over India, a student from Fashion Designing was selected by Designer Hunt' 06 (A joint venture of Pepperment Communications and an Italian institute - Istituto Europeo di Desing, Milan)
- In the February’07 issue, ‘IMAGES Business of Fashion’ decided to showcase the best of talent from the leading fashion institutes around the country. It was a matter of great acclaim to the institute that SDPS Women’s College was selected and two of our best students got the opportunity to show their collection.
- In April’07 issue of ‘IMAGES Business of Fashion' one of our Faculty ‘Ms.Shruti Tiwari’ alongwith two students Ms.Aaryka Maheshwari and ‘Ms.Ritu Bahrani’ from Fashion Design got an opportunity to recapture Maheshwari’s art and craft by writing an article on the Topic “ Maheshwari – the Legacy of a queen”.
- Ms. Ritu Bharani & Ms. Madhubala Gadodia of designed and presented an exclusive collection of Homefurnishing for Buyers Seller Meet in Feb. 2009 at Fortune Landmark, Indore.
